“Where are the pots?” Search, browse photos, or just ask — the answer names the drawer and the room. Private, on your devices.
You don't need the camera. The six characters printed under the QR claim a sticker just as a scan does — type them on the Scan page.
Plain-word answers use Apple Intelligence and need a supported iPhone — search works on every iPhone.

The answer comes back as a sentence that names the place — no results page to read. And Ask ships as a Shortcut, so a word to Siri or a press of the Action Button asks for you.

Photos are tagged with what's visible in them, including printed words.
“Where are the pots?” gets an answer naming the place — not a list of links.
Tags and text found in photos count as matches. If that guesses too much, switch it off in Ask's settings.

Stickers start on paper.
The app makes two kinds of paper: sheets of small stickers ready to claim, and a bigger drawer label for any tile. Both leave as PDFs — AirPrint them, or share anywhere.

One tile, one label. This designs the bigger drawer label for this tile — sticker sheets live in Home ▸ QR Code Batches.
The preview is live. Every switch redraws it instantly, and your choices stick for the next tile.
A sheet is a page of brand-new stickers. Print it, cut or peel, and stick them on containers — they stay blank until scanned.
The first scan of a new sticker turns it into a tile, ready for a title and photos.
Open any tile ▸ ••• ▸ Print Label for a single label with the tile's name — pick the layout live in the preview.
Organize
Rooms hold shelves. Shelves hold tiles.
A home breaks into zones, zones hold groups, and every tile knows its shelf. Draw the map once — the whole app follows it.
A zone is a floor or a room; a group is the shelf, cabinet, or corner a tile lives in.
Tap a name, type, tap away — no Save button anywhere.
Drag rows into the order you think in — lists everywhere follow it.
Deleting a group leaves its tiles ungrouped; deleting a zone keeps its groups.
Your data
Your data can always leave.
One tap builds a single zip — readable by any spreadsheet, restorable by the app. Save it to Files, iCloud Drive, or anywhere else.
What Back Up Now builds

Every photo and video, plus each table as a CSV any spreadsheet can open. Back Up Now sits on the site's own card in the Sites dropdown, and in Site Manager.
Tap the site name at the top of Home — the restore icon sits in the dropdown's footer. A backup always restores into a new site, so it can never overwrite one.
It opens straight from the site's card in that same dropdown. Deleted tiles keep their space until the purge — rescue anything in that window.
Tiles, groups, zones, photos, videos, labels, codes, and Media on iCloud — tap the media row there for a tile-by-tile breakdown of where the megabytes live.
One zip with every photo and video plus all data as CSV files any spreadsheet can open. Save it to Files, iCloud Drive, or anywhere else. Restoring lives in the Sites menu — a backup always restores into a NEW site.
Make it yours
The icon color is the app color.
Pick a color in the app and the icon, buttons, toggles — everything — follows. The six icons at the bottom of Home recolor the app icon and the whole app. And the app follows your phone's appearance — light or dark, the same way this page follows your browser's.

Your phone decides, and the app follows — there is nothing to set and nothing to pick. Same screen, same color, same everything: only the surface under it changes.
Private
Your stuff is nobody's business.
No accounts, no tracking, no ads. The policy is short because the app simply does not collect much.
Tiles, photos, and videos live on your iPhone and sync to your own private iCloud under your Apple ID. Nothing is stored on our servers — we cannot read, access, or recover your data.
Scanning, text recognition, and Ask work on-device — your questions and your inventory are never sent to us or to any third-party service.
Photos and videos you add never leave your device and your iCloud — and Backup builds one zip whenever you want a copy out.
Never lose anything again.
